Covid-19 notice and information
Eco Dog & Cat will do our best to get our products to customers quickly. However, delays with all deliveries cannot be avoided with flights being grounded and customs clearances' changing frequently. Although our preferred shipping carrier is Australia Post for all international parcels, we will also monitor and choose the most reliable international shipping carrier with changing circumstances/needs to minimise potential delays. Eco Dog & Cat cannot guarantee delivery times and is not responsible for carrier delays. Please do allow additional time for delivery.
MISSING ITEMS
All of our shipments include a tracking number with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your delivery address, but you have not received your order, please contact your local post to investigate the issue.
We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the box has been delivered to your order address.
We will lodge an investigation request with Australia Post for all reports of a missing parcel. We will replace the lost item once the order is deemed lost by Australia Post. Please understand that we cannot offer a replacement during an ongoing investigation. Please get in touch with us at support@ecodogncat.com to initiate the process.
INCORRECT ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
The purchaser should ensure that they provide the correct shipping address. Failure to provide the correct delivery details may result in incorrectly delivered goods, undelivered goods and additional redirect or redelivery fees. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is a tiny window to cancel or change the details of your order.
If you need to change your shipping address, please email us immediately at support@ecodogncat.com. We will try our best to make the changes before it ships out; however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so once it has started being fulfilled.
If your package gets returned to us due to the incorrect shipping address, you will be refunded for the product(s), not the shipping fee. Alternatively, we can ship your order to your correct address. The shipping fee will be invoiced to the customer before re-shipping your order.

If you don't love our creations, you can return your order within 30 days of purchase for a full refund in the original packaging. No questions ask!

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM(S)
Email support@ecodogncat.com with your order number, and we will provide a return delivery address.
You would be responsible for all return shipping charges unless there was a fault at our end.
Your order will be assessed within 24 hours upon receipt. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed. Funds will be returned to the same account used to place the order. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable except for faulty item(s) or incorrect product(s). Depending on your bank, this process may take 2-3 business days. If the product was received as a gift, the refund would be provided as store credit. There is no expiry for all store credit.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are not returnable and not refundable, as they are created just for you and not a stock item.
