Product Guarantee

We want you to feel good about your purchase and with us every step along the way to be everything it was meant to be. This is why we have our product guarantee in place. If you don't love our creations, you can return your order within 30 days of purchase for a full refund in the original packaging. No questions ask!

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM(S)

Email support@ecodogncat.com with your order number, and we will provide a return delivery address.

You would be responsible for all return shipping charges unless there was a fault at our end. 

Your order will be assessed within 24 hours upon receipt. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed. Funds will be returned to the same account used to place the order. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable except for faulty item(s) or incorrect product(s). Depending on your bank, this process may take 2-3 business days. If the product was received as a gift, the refund would be provided as store credit. There is no expiry for all store credit.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders are not returnable and not refundable, as they are created just for you and not a stock item.
